These Terms apply to your use of the Coralroyalmangrove website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page, you declare that you meet this requirement. We may request photo identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, violates our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Coralroyalmangrove or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
